CSA Certification Update: Factory Audit passed, testing phase now underway

We're excited to share that our CSA (Canadian Standards Association) certification process is officially in the product testing phase! we've officially passed the CSA factory audit on July 17.

CSA institution sent their engineers and auditors to conduct a full, hands-on review of our production facility. They looked into everything, from our raw material sourcing, quality control process, equipment calibration, and safety protocols, all the way to product traceability and compliance documentation. Even our staff training and packaging methods were reviewed in detail. It was a deep dive, and we passed with flying colors.

Compared to most parts of the U.S., Canada is much colder and has a much larger indoor-outdoor temperature difference. That extreme contrast often leads to indoor condensation or even frost buildup. So we made key upgrades to our system to meet local performance needs. Once the official test results are out, we'll be happy to share the full details of these enhancements with you.

For us, pursuing CSA certification is not just about checking boxes, it's about building long-term trust. Hihaus has been manufacturing windows and doors for over 20 years, and with a 123,000㎡ facility and an annual output of over 500,000㎡, we know what it takes to deliver quality at scale. But to really serve the Canadian and U.S. markets, we wanted the systems and products to meet their highest technical standards.

Now that Hihaus is in the testing phase, we're one step closer to full CSA certification. We'll keep sharing updates as we move forward.
